Terms and conditions for your free birthday pizza. T's and C's apply to every birthday offer and reminder we send you.

The offer

Join the Birthday Club and we'll treat you to a FREE pizza of any size for your birthday. We'll get in touch 7 days before your big day to remind you, and your offer stays open for 14 days, from 7 days before your birthday to 7 days after it.

Additional toppings and side dishes are not included, and the offer can't be used with any other offer or discount.

What we need from you

So that we can look after you properly and honour your birthday pizza, we need the following on your customer record:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your date of birth
  • The site you'd prefer to collect from
  • Anything you're allergic to

You can add or update all of this yourself from the My Account page, or we can update it for you when you order or speak to us.

Allergies and intolerances

Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances you have. We'll note them on your customer record so our team can see them before your order is prepared. Your pizza is made in a kitchen where gluten, milk, egg, nuts and other allergens are handled, so we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If your allergies change, please update your details, and do mention them again when you order so the team preparing your food knows.

The small print

  1. You must be a Birthday Club member with your date of birth on your customer record.
  2. We need a valid name, email address, phone number and preferred pick up site on your record.
  3. One free pizza per customer, per year.
  4. The free pizza is one pizza of any size, excluding side dishes.
  5. Additional toppings are charged at the normal price.
  6. The offer is valid for 14 days: 7 days before your birthday to 7 days after it.
  7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  8. The pizza must be collected from your preferred pick up site on a day we're trading there.
  9. The offer is not transferable and has no cash value.
  10. We may ask to see proof of your date of birth.
  11. We'll do our best to let you know about your offer, but it's your responsibility to redeem it within the valid period.
  12. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
